Project Title: Developing Candidates

• Learner will compare multiple candidates based upon work history/ evaluations.

• Learner will select a candidate for further training and development.

Client: Portfolio Project

This project was created as a demonstration of my skills within Articulate Storyline. I chose a topic that I was not familiar with and needed to do research in order to understand. I created everything using storyline except the avatars which were purchased through Freepik. I designed the story and functionality through the iterative process. (Video Walkthrough of Project)

Project Title: Providing a Great Paint Experience For Your Customer

Development Tools: Articulate Rise

Learning Objectives: 

• Learner will identify the information needed to make a strong recommendation for paint.

• Learner will demonstrate how to effectively interact with a customer to find their paint needs.

Client: Portfolio Project

This project was created as a demonstration of my skills within Articulate Rise. I designed this project from my personal experiences as a Paint Associate in a large retail store. I developed the course with reinforcing quizzes to help associates retain the information. The course also guides the learner through a customer scenario which will help develop soft skills.
